Can you help set the rehab budget before I close?
With a walk-through and your target finish level, CMD can give you a scope and range to underwrite against. The written proposal follows once you own the property.
Do you manage multiple properties at once?
CMD schedules a limited number of projects at a time so each one gets owner attention. If you have a pipeline, say so on the estimate form and we will talk about sequencing.
