The project

The wraparound porch was rebuilt rather than removed. Inside, the foyer opens to the staircase, and the kitchen is a working galley with a professional range and full-height storage.

Bathrooms were redone in marble-look tile with brass fixtures. Bedrooms received new carpet, doors and paint; one includes a built-in bunk bed.

The kitchen also appears in CMD’s public Yelp gallery as part of this whole-house project. The farmhouse was renovated for resale.
